Nice clean place with good location

Central position in the city centre with good free parking possibilities not far from the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff Super clean room

Out windows were turned on the pedestrian zone which can be quite loud when you have windows open in the night. Shower had some technical prpblems at our arrival but they fixed it immediately so no real bother

Very central location, nice staff.

The hotel’s location is very central, only a 4 minutes walk from Piombinos old town and 2,5 km away from the ferry harbor (in case you go to Elba island as we did). Very friendly staff at the reception and in breakfast room. Breakfast is ok (good coffee served!).

Fine hotel in the centre of Piombino.

We had a four bedroom, and it was large and plenty of space for the luggage. The air condition worked very well. The breakfast was Italian with bread, egg, cheese, ham, coffee, juice, yoghurt and fruit. The location of the hotel was in the centre of Piombino.

There were no elevator.

Best stay I had in Italy by leagues.

The breakfast was incredible and some of the best i had while in Italy. The room was super clean spacious an dup to date. Location was right in the center of everything the best spot to be in the city.

The pillows were kinda flat and hard so they seemed old but that was the only detraction.

Hotel under the name of Moderno with Hotel with old fashioned furnishings and dubious amenities

1) Situated right in the center of the town: 250 m from railway station, 600 m from the beach, supermarket coop is in 150 m from the hotel. 2) Personal is super kind, responsible and helpful. 3) Air conditioning is good.

Room furnishing is outdated and not comfortable to use. Shelf mezzanine can not be reached by hand. It is designed for two-meter people, which are few. Also, the clothes bar is too high. The window in the room is too narrow, so the room is quite dark. The trash bin is so small that it is filled full with a pair of empty water bottles. The handles fall off from the bedside tables. The bathroom is separated by a step - at night you can turn your foot. The bathroom is quite small and has a musty smell. In Italy, no matter how many channels are on TV, they are all in Italian (there is not even one international news channel, neither BBC nor CNN or ZDF).

Ottimo hotel

L'hotel si trova in centro ed è comodissimo. La camera era grande, accogliente e pulita. I'hotel non è dotato di parcheggio ma anche ad agosto non è stato difficile trovare un posto nelle vicinanze.

Excellent hôtel pour un court séjour.

Personnel très agréable et chambre très confortable. L’hôtel est en plein centre ville et tous les restaurants sont à proximité immédiate.

Le petit déjeuner buffet mériterait d’être amélioré. Il manque un peu de diversité.
