Amazing view over the lake
The view and terrace was amazing Easy self-check in if you read the instructions carefully Duplex apartment with car park was big an enough for big family of 6 people All facilities are available and the kitchen withe all required equipment, also big supper market was just 2 minutes driving away. They add us on a chat group on WhatApp to answer any question we may have. We didn’t have any, everything was clear and easy going. Very friendly staff and welling to help.
The car garage was small, might be an issue if your car is big.

Comfortable yet Lackluster Stay in Como.
The layout of the apartment 100% comfortable Living Room area was great The terrace provided an amazing place for b fast Views to the lake are amazing Appliances were all functional and practical The garden area was beautiful The garage was safe and comfortable for a small car Great ambiance Great beds
In our opinion, the building and the apartment are FANTASTIC but lack maintenance, which is a true shame. Here is detailed feedback: The plants around the house were dried Some of the lights and plugs did not work There were cracks and paint stains almost throughout the property We had only one set of keys for such a big property which is expected to house large groups of people The sun umbrella was broken and could not be used There is nobody to help you onsite for the Check In and Out. Instructions were provided via WhatsApp but, for the price of the property, it would be better and easier to have someone onsite There was no shower gel and little soap The sofa was super nice and comfy but full of stains Some of the light fixtures had their glasses broken The Property Management Team was to be contacted bia WhatsApp but they were not replying diligently all the time. All in all, value for money wise, we would not return to thid property for the same price we paid.

It was very spacious and has great views.
No microwave.. No welcome water. Was really thirsty after a long flight. Had to look for a supermarket to buy water. Couldn't get any assistance with getting csbs or taxis to move around.. Dishwasher was not working

Excellent stay
Lovely view. Very spacious with open plan living space. Large Balconies. Good Cooking facilities Internet worked well Good shower and bath upstairs. Plenty of new towels.
Essentials such as sugar, salt and oil plus table napkins would be appreciated. Secure parking is good but as previously mentioned, garage is extremely narrow- better for very small car. Not ideal location for people with walking difficulties.

Absolutely fabulous!
The views were amazing as were all the facilities, clean modern and very well stocked with all the items you would need for a stay
Only one set of keys was a major issue as we had 2 separate groups with different plans for the day and organising who would be back first with the keys took some of the enjoyment out the visit
