Loved the location, breakfast was exceptional. Room was very cosy Modern. Few bits need attention but been in hospitality myself minor details.
Comfy bed good temperature, shower needs looking at temperature control was not working in room 2.

Good breakfast. Fabulous location especially for rooms overlooking the loch.
My room was next to the car park, bit exposed to noise, ground floor so would be tricky with windows open in the summer.

Location and setting was fantastic our room looked out over the Loch.

The breakfast and evening meal were good, the room itself was small for the price ( £100 per night) but oK as breakfast was included , the shower and washing facilities were good. The bed was awful, I had springs sticking in my back all night it was very uncomfortable so between that and the noise from the HGVs on the road I hardly slept , never again , sorry, I'll book a Premier Inn in Dumfries next time.
