Everything! The manager and her team at this hotel were all fantastic! Super friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and clean. The hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing. And the food was delicious!

両親の敬老祝で3家族で利用しました。
足の悪い父親に車椅子の貸出があって助かりました。温泉もとても良かったです。
食事の牛肉が美味しかった！
外国人のスタッフの一生懸命な姿が微笑ましかったです。
・事前に、家族旅行で人数の都合で2部屋に分けた旨お伝えしてあったのですが、
部屋のランクが違うせいか、置いてあるお菓子に差がありました。敬老記念とも伝えてありましたが、特にお祝いメッセージなどありませんでした。
・色浴衣サービス、コーヒーサービス
、会食会場の説明など、こちらから問合せしてからの対応でした。
・食事は、品数豊富でしたがもう少し温かい物を増やして欲しい。

Onsen was phenomenal!!! Very clean, not crowded. changing room was also clean.
The hotel looked old lots of stairs not suitable for elderly people. Food was not gorgeous as I expected but the staff was very friendly our server was nice.
