信州の古民家宿 真秀ろばmahoroba

Most gorgeous location ever, 20-25 min taxi from Nagano station, prompt responses from host, extremely reliable and arranged taxi for us next morning, accommodated our diet and prepared one of the most delicious breakfast I’ve had in my life! The bedding was very comfortable as well!

It was too cold outside of the sleeping room. The walk to the bathroom and toilet is all the way across the house and when the hosts left at night, the heat was off in the middle areas of the house and it felt so cold. They advised us when using the bath to turn on the heating 10 min in advance so the water gets hot, but when we bathed in the morning, even when reheating 3 times (for 10 min increments) it took too long and felt cold :( There were also no room/ home slippers provided to walk across so our feet felt cold. For such high cost per night, slippers should be provided and heat should stay on in all rooms. We were lucky that there was no one else staying there that night so we didn’t have to share the bathroom or toilet but I imagine that sharing the toilet especially would have been tough if there was anyone else there. Overall, amazing though.

快適すぎないところ

Nous avons eu la chance, mon frère et moi, de profiter de la chambre avec les tatamis pour une nuit. L'accueil, le cadre, le service tout était au top. Le personnel de l'établissement est à votre écoute et prêt à vous aider. Nous avons pris la formule dîner et petit déjeuner. Le dîner était très bon et copieux. Les plats arrivent un à un suivi de leur description et cuisinés à l'aide de produits, pour certains, locaux (de la ferme d'à côté, si nous avons bien compris). Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi très copieux et l'ensemble est préparé avec soin. La salle de bain est équipée d'un bain chaud très agréable en hiver. Je souhaite terminer ce commentaire en remerciant l'ensemble du personnel qui nous à fait vivre une très belle expérience. À refaire !

冬の滞在に利用しました。窓の外に広がる雪をまとった山々が本当に美しく、到着してからしばらく、ただ景色を眺めて過ごしていました。静かな山の空気と白い景色が、気持ちをゆっくり整えてくれます。 館内では、囲炉裏の前で暖かく過ごせる時間がとても印象的でした。 長野の食材にこだわり、囲炉裏でじっくり焼かれる魚を、火の音を聞きながらずっと眺めていられるような時間。慌ただしさとは無縁な異世界に来た気持ちにもなれました笑 お部屋にはこたつも用意されていて、外の寒さを忘れるほど快適。景色を眺めながらこたつで過ごす時間も、冬ならではの楽しみでした。事前にお願いして朝食・夕食付きプランへ変更しましたが、対応も丁寧で安心感があります。 静かな場所で、景色と食事、そして火のある時間を楽しみたい方におすすめの宿です。 心に残る旅ができました！

長野愛溢れるスタッフの対応は特に素晴らしいです！ 長野市内の観光を事前に聞いてみると更に良い滞在になります。長野市の魅力を存分に教えてもらえて、知る人ぞ知る旅行のプランなどを組みこんだ旅行になりました！
