מיקום נהדר, דירה מצוידת מאוד (מגבות, מצעים, מטבח). נוף מדהים . למשפחות שומרות כשרות, יכול גם להיות נהדר כי המטבח מאוד מצויד. מארחת מאוד מאוד זמינה, נחמדה ושירותית.
הדבר היחיד שאולי כדאי לשפר זה וילונות עבים יותר שיהיה פחות שמש בבוקר
