Lokalizacja blisko do wyciągów ok. 3min autem, jest skibus pod domem, blisko sklepy Billa, Spar w Altenmarkt i Termy Amade. Łatwy dojazd! miejsce na narty i suszarka do butów! Można zamówić pieczywo na śnaidanie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia!
