The location is great - 2 minutes from a good supermarket, in a small group of quiet houses, few minutes from Alten Markt and from Flachau. The rooms were very clean, and the property is well maintained, and everything was working well. The kitchen was equipped, and we could easily make meals for the family. The host is amazingly friendly and kind. She helped us a lot and was always forthcoming.
The common room is the kitchen/dining room, which is a little small. It was enough for us, having very little time to have long sit-downs together in the house.

Everything was excellent, especially Madam Anita. She was a wonderful host—always available whenever we needed her, and she greeted us with a genuine, warm smile throughout our stay.

Anita was an amazing host! We consulted with her in advance about gluten-free food options, and not only did she give us detailed advice, but when we arrived, she had prepared a printed list of local restaurants and their specific gluten-free dishes. It was incredible attention to detail. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Anita emptied the bins every day and refilled the coffee beans in the machine. Overall, it truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience. Highly recommended!
