גישה נוחה, חניה צמודה, היחידה נוחה ומאובזרת, מטבח מלא בכלי אוכל ובכל מה שצריך לבישול, טוסטר, קומקום, מיקרו, מקרר, מכונת כלים, תנור וכו. פינת ישיבה נוחה לארוחות. 3 חדרי שינה זוגיים, עם ארונות / שידות, 3 מקלחות ו-3 שירותים, נוח מאוד. הספה בסלון גם נפתחת למיטה זוגית. נקי ושמור היטב. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש. בעלי הבית נחמדים מאוד וזמינים (גרים בבית מעל). מחלונות היחידה נשקף נוף יפה, כיף לפתוח את הבוקר כך.
אין רשתות בחלונות ואין מזגנים. יש חימום מרכזי.

דירה מאובזרת, גדולה, מרווחת ונקייה. יש בה את כל הציוד הנדרש. שטח גדול לכל המשפחה יחד, וחדרים עם פרטיות לכולם. הדירה מחוממת היטב. בעלת הדירה מקסימה ולבבית וחשוב לה שהאורחים ייהנו. מיקום הדירה מושלם. במרחק נסיעה קצר מאד יש מסעדות וסופרמרקטים. יש נוף מקסים מהדירה ושקט נפלא.
