Exceeded our expectations. We had a perfect week here

We stayed with our two boys (3 and 5) for a week and it was perfect. Everything is new, clean, comfortable and tailor made to host small children safely. The family running the place were super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for the kids in the hotel yard. Swimming lake right across the road. Amazing views on the other side.

Location is awesome. Great view of mountains and small lake in-front of Apartment building. Well equipped play area for kids. Penny is just 1.5 km from Apartment.

Just one thing. Nothing was provided in washroom. Could be good if shower gel, shampoo etc. basic items present in washroom.

The hotel was an excellent choice for us and very good value for money. There are many choices for the kids to play around and the breakfast is great.

Very big and well furnished apartment with lots of equipment and a kitchen. Kids playground in the backyard and great surroundings of the hotel with a small lake, where you can even swim.

They only serve breakfast in their restaurant. For lunches or dinners you have to find other restaurants in the area. But that is only a small nitpick in otherwise a great place to stay in.

Nice skiing holiday

Very nice place, nice hotel. Nicely furnished, very clean. Owners were very friendly. We know the area well, we go skiing here repeatedly. This hotel definitely bears comparison with the surrounding competition. We had two large suites with a shared terrace and beautiful views. We were even able to have our dog with us. The whole family enjoyed the stay.

We had a perfect winter vacation. The apartment was perfect in all aspects: comfortable, very well equiped, amazing sauna after an active day on the slopes and wonderful breakfast. We will surely come back for the family vacation! Thank you

was a little walk into flachau which we knew of course - 40 min walk but on the ski route bus which was free daily in the morning and return before 530 - just for an evening was out of the way from the town but €15-€20 taxi 10 min

Clean, modern design. Exceptionally beautiful view at the lake Free bycicles downside - we used them several times over a week. Comfortable sleep. All the family slept there without interrupts:) Cooking utensils are all there and the dishwashing machine was quite useful!

Totally empty kitchen drawers. Need to buy everything there. Noise from the lake - need to take care to close the windows not to be waken up in the morning:)

One of the best family hotels we've ever been to.

Very friendly staff, above-standard equipment, aimed at families with children, including lots of toys for children. In the garden trampoline, sandpit, bicycles, go-karts and similar things that entertain children for hours, while we can relax on a deck chair and watch them. We will definitely come again.

Room was clean and well equipped, bed was very confortable. There are a lot of entertaiment around the yard, like bikes, pedale-karts and many other children toys (big sand box etc). There is also a small nice lake across the road where everybody can enjoy the sun and the water. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place is excellent for winter vacation and ski holiday. The hosts are warm and hospitable family. The apartments are equipped with everything needed for comfortable staying.

We used a double bedroom apartment. One of the two bedrooms / with the double bed/ was very small- not more than 5 square meters.
