We had a very pleasant stay at Jazz Style. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the San Giovanni Metro station and within easy reach of Rome’s main attractions. The property is located in a good neighborhood that felt safe and was convenient for exploring Rome. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the toiletries provided. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned every day, which we weren’t expecting.
The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The common area offers packaged pastries, drinks in the fridge, and a very nice coffee machine available throughout the day, which was a convenient touch. Breakfast is simple, but there are plenty of great cafés nearby if you’re looking for something more substantial.

The property is in a very convenient location, close to many of Rome’s main attractions. Public transport is excellent, with both the metro and bus stops just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay especially pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is ok. You have metro nearby and there is a 30' min walk from Colosseum.
Breakfast destroyed everything. I have stayed in some locations around Italy, but this? Baked bread in small bags? Really? Empty bottle of juices in the refrigerator? Milk empty? Croissant and sweets also in small bags? Not even in France where they have no meet at the breakfast, but they had all the things fresh i have not encountered this "joke breakfast". So: croissants, baked bread, some sweets all of these in small packs (do not know even from when they wore there) and empty boottle of juices... not even the coffee machine didn't work in the last day... i've attached a photo, that's all you have to eat. Didn't catched the croissant from the left which are packs also... .Room was also very small. The smallest room i've ever stayed from booking.
