Location was ok. Close to the metro station.
Had a problem communicating with the staff or owner. No clear instructions. Tried getting extra tax value while it was included. No english friendly place. Breakfast was included but don't expect too much. Especially if you are breakfast person like me.

Nice area, good restaurants around, close to relevant monuments and sights, clean bathroom.
Room wasn’t entirely clean, very dusty floor (especially under the bed). The breakfast is pretty basic, so do not base your decision on this - in other terms, having a free espresso in the morning is just an add-on, not a selling point.
