The room is very comfortable and clean, and the staff make you feel extremely welcome. There is tea available in the room, a welcome drink, and a very delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it.

It’s about half an hour from the city’s historic center. This wasn’t really a problem, as there is a metro station nearby and the neighborhood has fewer tourists and more locals. That turned out to be a very enjoyable experience as well.

The location within Rome is very good. The hotel itself is a little off of the street, so you need to pay attention to the street address to find it. It is in a secluded and quiet area in the middle of a bustling city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had my bicycle with me and the hotel found me a safe and secure place to store it - this was a concern for me within Rome. The room was very modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit.

The personnel were very nice, friendly, and professional. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is absolutely amazing, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to rest well. The bathroom fan seemed to run constantly, which was a bit annoying. Occasionally there was also an odd smell that appeared from time to time. Breakfast was not served as a buffet and the variety could definitely be improved.

Location is great, only 2 metro stops from Colosseum and 4 to Termini train station. Metro stops only 10min avai. There is a lot of shops around including grocery shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. There also some Museums only 12min away. Area is really quiet and not too crowded. Property was clean and comfortable. No enough sockets and usb pots to charge all your accessories and power banks

The only pleasant and helpful member of staff was security guard at night time, who was really polite. Remaining members was quite arrogant. 2 days out of 3 during day time, we didn’t had hot water, one of those days no hot water at all, only colt water tap was active. No messages or info about maintenance provided. Room is really cold, AC unit had been temperature settings of 25° Celsius, which at night wasn’t enough to heat up room, we had to use hairdryer to worm up air temperature. Breakfast is terrible, old pastry and some vegetables, we didn’t even bothered to go there, luckily it was included in a room price. Do not pay (prebook) for breakfast and go to the corner of the street instead, for a nice fresh food.
