Great location - easy bus or train ride to many attractions. Hosts were super responsive. Facilities were nice. There is a lift available when you’re coming and going which was nice.

Really only the location.
It was 41 degrees in Rome (which obviously is not the property’s fault). However, the air conditioning that the apartment had had a motion sensor, which meant it would continuously turn off if no one would move, which was a major issue at night when we were all sleeping. You would literally had to dance in front of the air conditioning in order for it to turn back on. The last thing you want when in that heat is to be negotiating with the airco.
When we messaged the owner about this, the response time was 2+ hours, which may not seem much, but I dare you to sit in a room without air conditioning in 40+ degree weather.
Also, the refrigerator was shared with other apartments, which again, when trying to keep yourself cool by keeping your drinks at hand, was utterly unhandy.
