I will be back!

Of all the places I have stayed at this year, nothing compares with the quality of this B&B. Location, facilities, the owners, the breakfast all were outstanding. Fresh produce from their garden and orchard, home made granola, home produced fruit juices. Free use of the magnificent kitchen. Good bicycle storage.

Very Enjoyable

Set in beautiful countryside. The property is lovely with a modern and comfortable breakfast/communal area and a large garden. We felt relaxed and at home. The breakfast was extensive and delicious with a great variety of things to choose from. Sophie was very kind and helpful. We were there on a Monday when most restaurants are closed so we bought some food from a local supermarket and had a relaxing evening with cheese and wine in the breakfast/communal room. The nearest bar is about 20 mins walk. We had fun meeting locals and trying some fantastic beer. We will return.

The mattress was a little too soft for our liking, but that's probably more about personal preference.

Comfy B&B in an excellent location for visiting WW1 sites on the Ypres salient and further afield.

This was the first time post-Covid that I'd stopped here, having stayed on several occassions previously, most recently in 2019. My expectations despite the 6 year gap between stays were met Sophy, the owner, was charming. The location is excelent for touring Flanders. The bedroom was comfy, spotlessly clean with ample drawer and cupboard space for clothes etc. The breakfast buffet was first class. The communal area was also spotless with plenty of information about the local area (e.g. places to visit, restaurants etc.) and the honesty bar was amply stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks.

Other than the stairs, which are a bit steep for my old legs there's nothing not to like

One word will do: bliss

What’s not to like? the owner treads the fine line between homely ambience and professional hotellerie with flawless perfection.

The only downside - and I really mean the only one - was the paper thin walls. Even a muffled sneeze 3 rooms down the hall was clearly audible in our room. Bring earplugs, and you’re all set for an amazing stay.

Dans l’ensemble ça été et le petit déjeuner très bien

La propreté , la gentillesse de la dame qui nous a accueilli.

Le matelas trop mou , la pression de la douche très très faible et les gens qui parlent fort . Nous entendions bcp de la chambre et qd les personnes descendent l’escalier .

Heerlijk overnachten op een rustige, comfortabele plek met een zeer degelijk ontbijt

De sympathieke eigenaars zorgden voor een hartelijke ontvangst. Het inchecken verliep heel vlot. De kamer was heel keurig en netjes. Deze B&B is recent volledig gerenoveerd en men heeft zeer kwalitatieve materialen gebruikt. 's Nachts was het er heel rustig. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en van een zeer degelijke kwaliteit. Dit alles aan een zeer correcte prijs. Hier kom ik graag terug!

Ik heb geen enkele negatieve opmerking. Alles verliep vlekkeloos, alles was piekfijn in orde. Echter, voor minder mobiele mensen is het nuttig om weten dat er geen lift is.
