We would love to come back and stay again.

The apartment was great. It was a good size and had an excellently stocked kitchen. The staff were lovely and the location was good - just a short walk to the ski bus. The property is on a hill which might be hard for some guests but we don’t mind as the walk up and down warmed our legs up. Our beds and sofa bed were all very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern.

We loved everything about the apartment so it is hard to find something we didn’t like. The wardrobe door was a bit of a pain as it was a sliding door so would bang a lot. We were concerned this might annoy another guests.

Fantastic very well appointed and very clean apartments, Host was very helpful and friendly. top spot to stay would 100% recommend. We only had breakfast one day but it was great.

Friendly host, a very nice apartment, spacious, and spotless.

The apartment was very nice and clean. There was no microwave listed when I booked (because they were removed from most European places for being unhealthy), but I asked the host if they could add one for the duration of our stay and Elisabeth, the host, was so nice to install one for us. Super nice host!

Parking was a bit hard as the parking spots are narrow and crowded. Probably not a problem for Europeans but harder for American drivers :)

Je kon de verwarming niet zelf instellen, maar nadat we de ramen open gezet hebben was het prima

Heerlijk verblijf in Kirchenwirt in Kirchberg!

Lokatie is top. In het centrum, 3min lopen naar de skibus naar zowel Flechalmbahn/Kitzbuhel als Mairelnbahn/Pengelstein/KI-skiwelt (aansluiting met Westendorf) en winkeltjes en skiverhuur. Ruim skidepot op de begane grond. UItzicht op de bergen en het dorp, mooi balkon. Wel dichtbij kerk, dus je hoort de klokken (zacht) als je de ramen open hebt als je slaapkamers aan de kant van de kerk zijn. Ook heel fijn dat ze dagelijks je vuilnis ophalen (voor de deur zetten) en als je handdoekwissel wilt leg je ook de handdoeken buiten.

Keuken inventaris. Er is een prachtige keuken met een oven, maar bijv. geen ovenschaal. Glazen en kommetjes minimaal qua aantal, werden aangevuld toen we er om vroegen. Er is geen stofzuiger, als je een week met 4 man in een appartement zit is het wel fijn om even te kunnen stofzuigen tussendoor.

Toplocatie, schoon en ruim appartement, locatie badkamer niet ideaal, schuifdeuren niet geluidsdempend

De locatie was super, dichtbij het centrum bij alle faciliteiten zoals de ski verhuur, skibus en uiteraard vele apres ski barren. Wij hadden appartement Fleckalmbahn en deze was voor 3 personen ruim (70m2) verder een groot balkon met mooi uitzicht op de kerk en de bergen.

Appartement Fleckalmbahn, 1 slaapkamer met een badkamer en suite, waar beide slaapkamers gebruik van maken waardoor je elkaar moet storen als je gebruik wil maken van de badkamer. Verder werken de roldeuren niet geluidsdempend en je hoort alles vanuit de andere slaapkamer.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und es hat an Nichts gefehlt :) wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Die Lage ist top- zentral- alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr sehr liebes Personal- immer hilfsbereit.
