Great location for skiing in the Kitzbuhel-Kirchberg area

Very friendly welcome from the owners, also lots of helpful advice for restaurants, ski lessons etc. The property has a great location in the town of Kirchberg - really quiet at night, and a short walk to lively bars. Also a short walk to the ski bus.

Amazing location and the best hosts

The location of the house is absolutely perfect. Very few min from the city centre and bus stop for ski. The house has everything you might need. Barbara and Helmut are super nice and they helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations to renting equipment.

Barbara and Helmut were perfect hosts for us and their property is really well kept, clean and easy to access. Our whole family liked Kirchberg anf the hospitality from Barbara and Helmut. I highly recommend Landhaus Eder to all.

Me, my partner and our friends had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Eder. We felt very welcome and we given a very nice treatment by our host Barbara. Barbara made sure we could get everything out of our stay in Kirchberg. We were given the options of an early check-in and a late check-out in order to get the most of our skiing days in Austria. Barbara did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment has all the necessities you will need for a skiing holiday. Great warm beds, nice cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with a strong hot shower. Look no further if you are looking into your trip to Kirchberg. Stay at Landhaus Eder.

Zeer schoon, netjes en georganiseerd. Super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Goede ligging, vlakbij de skibus en het dorp. Barbara en Helmut, heerlijk dank voor het fijne verblijf!

De locatie, het appartement was netjes, comfortabelen bedden en gezellige sfeer. De host was super aardig.

Barbara geeft je met haar vriendelijkheid en service een echt vakantiegevoel!

Super lieve mensen en alles goed georganiseerd. Het is een ruim en sfeervol Oostenrijks appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Het is niet modern, maar juist knus, schoon en praktisch. Ze zorgen echt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt en ik weet zeker dat als er ook maar iets zou zijn, ze meteen klaarstaan om je te helpen. Was niet nodig, maar idee is fijn. Je voelt je er enorm welkom en ook mijn kinderen hebben dat zo ervaren.

Super Haus, super Lage, super Gastgeber.

Die Gastgeberin Barbara und Gastgeber Helmut sind äußerst freundliche, hilfsbereite und flexible Leute. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Jede unserer Anfragen wurde sofort beantwortet und sie standen uns stets hilfreich zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber und ordentlich. Der Fußweg zum Bus, der uns zum Skilift brachte, ist sehr kurz. Mit dem Auto ist die Fleckalmbahn in nur 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus ca. 8 Minuten. Wir werden sicher wieder diese Unterkunft wählen und können daher das Landhaus Eder wärmstens empfehlen.
