Great place for your ski-trip. Clean rooms.

Friendly staff. Easy to communicate. Clean rooms. Close to the bus to the ski lifts. Great views from the balcony. Great value for the cost. Would recommend. Bathhouse and sauna. Table tennis and table football downstairs. Close to the city center, but not too close to the noise and people.

The ski boot heater was not working. Take in notice- that there is a steep hill before the property in the city. If it snows- you will definitely need winter tires or chains to get up that hill. Or you can take a longer way around via another road. But these things ain't enough to take off score marks.

Location was good. Maria was very helpful when we had to arrive one day early due to a strike at Munich airport. Room was very comfy and practical. Table tennis in basement was a bonus :) Quiet neighbourhood.

Drying rack for ski boots not very effective.

Quiet and family friendly stay

Very friendly and helpful owners. The house is located in a quiet place with a nice view outside the window. You can easily reach that place with car, train or bus (easily got there from Munich with a train). We lived in a two bedroom apartment with seperate living room + kitchen. The beds are very cosy and the mattress was good. We had a small child with us but i couldn't hear her cry in early morning because the sound proofing in rooms are excellent. Also can't even hear what is happening outside in the hallway. There's a nice steam room and sauna in a basement that we used every day. Also you can order fresh bread every morning if you are into that.

1. It is a little hard to find the closest route down the mountain with skis. Ski bus stop is a short walk from house so we usually chose this option. 2. The dishwasher was not friendly with some of the dishes and glasses because they were too big and it wasn't possible to put them in. 3. Adding to kitchenware some salad bowls, bigger cutting board and a good all around knife would be nice. This is a suggestion to owners for improving the stay :)

Geweldige lokatie, aardige gastvrouw in een supermooi appartement

Eigenlijk alles was goed. Ontvangst was goed, erg vriendelijk. Maria wilde alles doen. Op t laatste moment nog broodjes besteld in de handige app, Maria bracht ze aan de deur…. Alles met evenveel enthousiasme. Bedden waren super, keuken netjes en van alles voorzien. Eethoek/woonruimte ruim opgezet. Mooi balkon waar je tevens alle vuilnis netjes gescheiden kon opruimen

Als ik dan iets moet noemen; het douchen in bad. De douchekop kon niet hoog genoeg om er lekker onder te kunnen staan. Maar dit “probleem” valt in het niets bij al t goede

Хорошие большие апартаменты со всем необходимым.Зорошие матрасы.Большой салон с кухней и большим балконом .Очень отзывчивые Мария с мужем(хозяева). Отлично покатались на лыжах (все продумано для их хранения)есть сауна . Удобное расположение и для гостей на машине и без.

Мы были 10 дней и нам не хватало стиральной машины,но это ни на что не повлияло, подушки надо поменять …☝️На балконе не было света или мы его не нашли….

Ruim appartement. Prachtige ligging aan het meer en aan wandelpaden. Loopafstand van het dorp.

Gebouw wat gedateerd. Slechte wifi. Restaurant goed voor drankje, koffie etc. maar eten kan beter. Jammer, veel potentie. Jammer dat de hond niet in het meer mag.

Herrlich entspannter Wander- und Badeurlaub in tollem Appartement

Unser 3. Mal Urlaub im Seehof und wieder wunderbar! Top Lage direkt am Badesee etwas oberhalb der Stadt, kurze Wege zu den Seilbahnen und nach Kitzbühel, zum Wandern/ Biken, zur Busstation, zum EInkaufe oder Restaurants. Das Appartement ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und man bekommt sogar Bademäntel/ Badetücher für den See. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Mit der Gästekarte kostenloser Zugang zum See und zum Fahren mit Bus und Bahn. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Brötchenservice und Restaurant, falls man nicht selbst kochen will.

Fantastisch hotel. Schoon en goed verzorgd.

Alles was heel schoon. Grote kamers met fijne bedden. Ook badjassen en een badhanddoek lag voor ons klaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zwembad en ligweide voor de deur. Aan het meer. Water is heel helder. Je kunt er ook strandbedjes huren en parasols. Dorpje is ook leuk. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Wat me tegen viel, maar dat is niet iets waar het hotel iets aan kan doen, is dat alles vroeg dicht gaat in Kirchberg. En ook het hotelrestaurant sluit al om 20.00 uur.

Viskas labai patiko. Gražus miestelis, erdvūs ir patogūs numeriai, puiki vieta, patogios lovos. Radome viską, ko reikia šeimos viešnagei.

Vienintelis nepatogumas, kad viešbutis nesiūlo pusryčių. Viešbutyje yra vasaros metu veikianti kavinukė, bet jos darbo laikas nuo 10val, o tokiu metu jau norisi būti pakeliui į kalnus. :)

Super Lage am See. Tennisplatz nebenan. Parkplatz vor der Türe. Hochwertiges Appartement mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und Brötchenservice. Netter Hobby- und Fitnessraum.

Die Gästecard der Region Kitzbühel ist mau. Öffis sind gratis. Berbahnen sind kaum günstiger.

Tolles Appartementhaus in super Lage, direkt am Badesee und im Wandergebiet mit einem guten Bistro. Die Appartements sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat freien Eintritt für den Badesee. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder.

Dejligt ophold med fin beliggenhed

Flot beliggenhed lige ud til søen, hvor man kan bade, rutsche og hoppe fra vipper. Derudover legeplads, pool og vandlegeområde for de helt små. Nemt at komme til indkøb og busser. En kort gåtur så er man inde i byen.

Vi kunne lide det meste. Der var dog lidt stille (i begyndelsen af juni), så hotellet føltes lidt tomt og mørkt - men det var jo fordi vi var der uden for sommerferien.
