Apartment is well equipped. It has every utility you need for cooking, cleaning, snow equipment storing, etc

The room was actually located under the ground floor - very little light and poor air circulation. It is very low. If you're taller, better watch out for your head.

Very comfortable apartment and hosts

Very comfortable and well furnished apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need including a private sauna. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating when we had to postpone our stay due to illness.

Only very slight negative, is that the apartment only has one large window facing the street/pavement and no balcony so there isn't that much natural light or views to enjoy

Superb

The apartment was nice and with all the amenities one could need for a holiday. The hosts were very helpful. Beds were very comfy and the sauna a nice addition. The apartment facade is on a street, but the sound insulation is excellent and there is no noise from the passing cars. Location is excellent, very close to the center of the village and 5' by car to the ski lift.

Brilliant place for a ski holiday!

A really nice place, clean, warm and cozy, with an extremely comfortable bed, and located a few minutes away from the town centre. All sorts of appliances in the kitchen (+ a Nespresso coffee maker), a roomy bathroom, and plenty of space to have a meal and rest. Communication with Debbi was hassle-free, and she provided comprehensive information and instructions on everything from checking in to public transport and suggestions for restaurants and bars (much appreciated!). The designated space for skis and ski boots, and the parking space were also super convenient. We only wish we could have stayed longer. :)

very functional, clean, modern kitchen things & we were happy I book this place

we live for 4 days in an studio type apartment with easy access in the road. the place is equip with kitchen things only lacking is the blender because I like to make smoothies so it's not possible but its ok we went outside to ate iscofee instead. the room was clean, bed was very comfy, nice bath & toilet its new & there is a sauna . my husband washed his clothes one time & there was washing soap to use. we cooked our breakfast & ate outside for dinner. The personale , Debbi was kind & sweet, she gave me all the information I need. All in all my husband & I were satisfied & will recommend this place

Perfect stay in Kirshberg

We loved the Apartment. It was right in the middle of the town, close to skibus. There are many bars, restaurants and markets around the area.. The Train station is also less than 15 minutes by walking. During our stay we did not have a car and we surely did not need one. [We were there in March for skiing and I do not know Summer time] The kitchen was full of all you needed to cook whatever you want. The living / dining room area was very nice and comfortable to easily host 6 people during a whole week. The rooms were also very nice and comfortable. Most importantly Samantha who welcomed us to to give us the keys has been very helpful both for check-in and for check-out .. So we would surely visit this place when ever we would like to visit Kirshberg or Kitzbuhel. .

Nice place if you go there for skiing

Very well equipped studio, with kitchenette an all you need. Very good position, with quick access to the ski bus and center of the city. Easy checkin and checkout, nice host.

The studio is located at the ground floor, right at the level of the street. It's kind of darkish and don't expect to have a view.

Great week even though the lockdown restrictions.

Great appartement located in the center with all the essentials within walking distance. The appartment itself is exactly like on the pictures and meeted our expectations. Some hand sanitizer and other handy stuff was all provided by. The communication with the host was perfect!

Fantastic

I have been organizing my holidays with Booking for several years, but this is the first year that I was speechless, the structure fully reflected the description, the apartment was huge with all comforts, the super-equipped kitchen, fantastic bathrooms, 3 televisions, super fast WiFi, fireplace, in short everything and even more, but above all I met a girl from the staff, Debbi, who from arrival to departure gave us all possible support, exceptional person, has become a my great friend. To conclude a fantastic holiday, apartment from God.

Der Kamin und das Bad 🛁. Dazu eine phantastische Matratze.

Vorerst ging der Handtuch Heizkörper im großen Bad nicht! Nach Anfrage wurde es am gleichen Tag geregelt, die Fernsteuerung wurde bereitgestellt gestellt, hinterlegt im Bad. Klasse 👍

جميل ويحتوي على كل المستلزمات من ادوات مطبخ وغساله ملابس ونشافه وكوايه جميع المستلزامات متوفره والمرافق وسيعه وجميله ولكن تحتاج لنظافة اكثر مثل تحت الاسره

مقابل لمقبرة لم يتم تزويدنا ببطاقات للرحلات والالعاب رغم اننا نستحقها وتواصلنا على الايميل لكن لا فائده

Alles wie erwartet und sehr angenehmer Kontakt

Der Aufenthalt verlief völlig problemlos, alles war wie beschrieben. Besonders angenehm war das kühle Raumklima in der Wohnung bei der sommerlichen Hitze draußen.

Mit ein paar zusätzlichen Küchenutensilien wäre die Ausstattung noch nutzerfreundlicher.
