It was a good place to stay - but apartment must be warm before arrival. Not good with such neighbours- avoid timing of

Apartment was clean and well equipped (only missing a toaster), parking, easy checkin, good manager.

It was cold inside when we arrived (the radiator was barely warm) and first evening/night. Later it warmed up. Our apartment was on the ground floor and nearby common entrance door - it was left wide open many times (by stupid other guests who did not bother to close it so the whole entrance hall was freezing). It would be good to install a spring or automatic closing mechanism on the door. Other guests in the house - noise and shouting in late evening (they returned after après-ski), smoking inside, leaving entrance door wide open, rude behaviour.

Active leisure stay

Haus Monika is located centrally in Kirchberg in Tirol. Our appartment was a walking distance away from all services, restaurants, and venues. The kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was clean and well kept. This was a perfect base for us as you can easily reach the majority of hikes from there, including Gaisberg chair lift and Fleckalmbahn.

Some of the facilities are a bit dated, the fridge is small for a family of three.

The house itself is small but just as advertised. It has all the necessary things for a comfortable stay.

Photo of the house on the outside is a bit misleading, it's in the middle of a residential area. The view from the balcony is also mostly houses.

praktisch, preis leistung top, für Familien ein Hit.

Die Übergabe war fantastisch, ich bin zu früh angekommen, und super unbürokratisch hat der Manager die Sache gelöst, ich konnte nicht warten , mußte dringend zu einem Meeting. Ich bin ihm sehr dankbar, denn er hat mir sehr viel Zeit gespart.

Ich war nur eine Nacht in diesem Apartement 1 ich konnte mir keinen Überblick verschaffen, aber die Gäste wirkten recht zufrieden und relaxed. das ist immer ein gutes Zeichen.

Perfect voor vriendengroep

Geen sleutel nodig (deur werkte met code). Ligging is goed, ca 10min lopen naar centrum. Goede verbinding met de bus naar de gondel. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig in appartement incl oven en (mini) vaatwasser in 6pers appartement.

Het 6pers appartement is qua slaap/toilet faciliteiten niet helemaal ingericht voor 6 volwassenen. De ruimte van het stapelbed is erg klein en heeft geen raam. Het 4pers appartement is ook niet ingericht voor 4 volwassenen als je op zoek bent naar privacy.

Völlig in Ordnung

Lage ist nah an Fleckalmbahn bzw Skibus-Station (3 Minuten Fußweg), Spar und Billa ebenfalls fast um die Ecke. Preislich in Vorsaison gut.

Skikeller war nie beheizt. Und es fehlt leider an "complimentary" Kleinigkeiten wie Salz- und Pfefferstreuer, vielleicht etwas Öl in der Küche, was es anderswo in Österreich meist gibt.
