The blinders did not cover the light completely TV did not work There were not bed side table lights There was not soap on the toilet sink I was charged 5eur of parking without be asked in advanced, and I did not use the parking lot

hidden costs, not clear booking process. You won´t get what you expect.. avoid it!

the fact that we have been lucky to get an apartement in the city center. Else the others would have been outside or in general away from the city center.

the booking process is not clear. Hidden costs. Charged for 25Euros per day per person for cleaning stuff.. but we had to clean the dishes and cutleries. At the end the host even complained with us that we didn´t wash the cutleries and dishes (so basically we had to wash them two time.. even if paid for cleaning, but if we clean, what do you clean with 150 euro for only one night!?). No toilet paper available.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht . Das Appartement würde ich jedoch auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt buchen

Lage war sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum von Kirchberg Sehr gute Betten/Matratze und somit gut geschlafen. Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet und in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Waschbecken und Spiegel.

teleurstellend, geen gordijnen en slaapbank ipv bed

rustige locatie

Op booking duidelijk een appartement met 3 tweepersoonsbedden gehuurd. Echter kregen wij een appartement met slaapbank. hiervoor contact opgenomen met de host. De vriendelijkheid van aan de receptie was snel verdwenen; "voor 1 nacht moesten we ons niet aanstellen". Aangegeven dat dit op booking zo stond, maar als je een roulette appartement boekt kan kun je schijnbaar vanalles verwachten.. Er is wel nog iemand van de housekeeping gekomen om de slaapbank op te maken. In het gehele appartement waren er GEEN gordijnen.... nergens! Dit aan de housekeeping gevraagd, maar die zei dat hij van niks wist en liep toen weg. Bed lag prima, slaapbank niet. Echter zéér vroeg wakker door het binnenkomende zonlicht. Zelfs op de badkamer en wc waren geen gordijnen. Appartement was een uitgeleefd wintersport-appartement. Oven, ijskast en wifi functioneerde niet. Nooit meer een Absolute Active voor ons.
