One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at in Tyrol! Definitely worth the price. The owners are very friendly and supportive, and the location is excellent. Everything was exceptionally clean and perfectly suited for families. It’s a lovely farm, and the owners even provided us with fresh milk and eggs — such a nice touch!

Comfortable apartment in a farm, close to ski slopes

Great hosts; very comfy, spacious and pretty apartment; the extra touch of fresh eggs and milk from the farm was very nice.

Great and comfortable place to stay during winter holidays.

Host was really great and helpful - we were in a constant contact, so we could get everything we needed. Very secluded location, on the hill, 10 mins from the main lifts by car.

Sometimes it could be noisy upstairs. But it was fine.

Prachtig verblijf, rust, uitzonderlijk uitzicht op Wilder Kaiser massief

Er waren borden, bestek, koelkastje, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en koffie en thee. Ook een keer verse melk van de boer. Verder ontbijt zelf te regelen. Wel ontbijt in bakkerij in het dorp mogelijk. Leuke sfeer op de boerderij. Prachtige natuur.

Bij langer verblijf extra handdoeken. Ik was er maar enkele dagen en standaard geen wissel. Maar gezien de uiterst vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer kan dat denk ik gewoon gevraagd worden, extra betalen daarvoor zou voor mij geen enkel bezwaar zijn gezien de relatief lage basisprijs voor het gebodene.

Tolles geräumiges Appartement mit super Ausstattung und tollem Fernblick

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen - mit frischen Eiern vom eigenen Hühnerstall - am letzten Tag wurden wir auch noch mit leckerem Marillenkuchen versorgt! Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet, sowohl was die Möbel angeht, als auch die überdurchschnittliche Küchenausstattung mit hochwertigen Geräten - alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und die Einrichtung sehr gut durchdacht. Ein toller Fernblick von den schönen Balkonen in die Bergwelt. Entspannung pur! Sehr gute Lage: man kann direkt von der Haustür aus loswandern, Restaurants sind fußläufig im Ort zu erreichen. Es sind nur wenige Autominuten für weitere Unternehmungen! Kitzbühel, Badeseen etc.

Prima verblijf boven op een berg met mooi uitzicht

De boerderij staat boven op een berg en je bewoont de eerste verdieping. Het uitzicht is daarom ook prachtig. Het had bij ons niet gesneeuwd dus we konden de smalle weg naar boven goed berijden, geen idee hoe dit is als er een pak sneeuw gevallen is. Het huis is erg ruim, een mooie keuken met alles er op en eraan. De onderburen hoor je bijna niet en we werden verrast met een heerlijk zelfgebakken brood. Met de hond konden we zo het bos inlopen naar een prachtig uitzichtpunt.

Omdat het boven op de berg staat moet je wel elke keer omhoog rijden en heb je de auto nodig als je wilt skiën, ook als je met de skibus wilt. Het ruikt naar boerderij, maar daar heb je in het appartement geen last van (je krijgt wel bij aankomst heerlijke melk van de eigen koeien en eieren van de kippetjes). De bedden liggen heerlijk behalve het 1-persoonsbed, dat heeft een plank als ondergrond.

Savršeni odmor

Savršen, vrlo kvalitetan apartman na izvrsnoj lokaciji 5 minuta vožnje do žicare. Vrlo ugodan smještaj sa apsolutno svime što je potrebno,izuzetno čisto i toplo. Najveća vrijednost su domaćini. Uvijek je bilo svježeg mlijeka i jaja. PUNO HVALA MONIKA I JOSEF.

Wunderschön

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind toll! Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr große und sehr saubere Wohnung.

Leider ist der Balkon sehr schmal und man kann mit mehreren Personen nicht so schön draußen sitzen. Aber das ist „meckern“ auf sehr hohem Niveau.
