I liked all about the place, the location close to all nice places in Palermo, well connected with buses. Jessica and Gianluca were amazing hosts by replying all my messages after the booking, I will come back, thanks guys!

Nice position next to the old town and an easy walk from the port. Large rooms with new bathrooms. Very clean! Excellent value for money.
The lock on my room needed a key to lock from the inside - my friend’s room had a good hotel-style lock on level three. It was quite noisy and the air conditioners were not great (noisy on level three).

The room is clean, the stuff in charge of my check-in is very warm to show some information about the city to me and provided a lot suggestions. The room is clean and tidy.
The building is old, the stairs is dark and elevator is also quite old. At the ground floor when you just enter the building, there's some strange musty smell. There's no water cooker or microwave for use in the single room. And seems there's no public kitchen for use. Poor soundproofing, so if you want to stay longer maybe not a good choice.
