The staff at reception were very helpful. The young lady was Portuguese but I still managed to get in some practice of my Spanish I was shown to my dorm , .I was given one of the least populated dorms which was great as I was away very early in the morning. The kitchen was clean. There were different nationalities milling about the dinning room. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere
One car was parked where it shouldn't have, which left it difficult to get parked. This was not really the hostel's fault.

Location
Staff were curt and unhelpful. They seemed as though their job there was a chore and couldn’t wait to see the back of guests. I’ve stayed here many times and never had a negative experience so that might have made this all the more apparent. Beds are so hard and uncomfortable that they’ll cause you back pain.
