One late and booked very late , Nextdoor to Edgewere Road Tube Station.

It's a bit tatty looking in the rooms not very modern. Tbh the one at Euston is the same. But it's cheap.

very central and very well connected. room has lockers and bed was comfortable. staff is there 24h and is really nice. i had a problem with the electric plugs in my room and the usb cable wasnt working but a guy from the staff was very kind and gave me a free adaptor. i really appreaciated. the area is relatively safe (as a girl solo traveller i didn’t have any problems, i even walked from the hostel to paddington at 2 am and i was safe). overall it was okay for 4 days, worth the money, and the only hostel that didn’t charge more for an only women room!! you have to be lucky with your roommates that’s all

there is no curtains in the beds, so if u want privacy make sure you bring a sweater/towel to use as a curtain!! bathrooms were cleaned daily, but became very dirty during the day (not the staff’s fault, just people being animals >•<) also the toilet got clogged almost everyday.. to get to the second floor the stairs are very narrow and tall (i only had a backpack but my roommates who had luggage struggled with getting up). the rooms have 9 beds and it would get really humid at night since there’s 9 bodies breathing in a 7x5 meters room, and the window only opens up a bit. so it was very hot at night, and i woke up sweaty every morning.. another inconvenient was that, since it was so hot (and u only had a very heavy duvet) i decided to remove the duvet cover from the duvet to use it as a lighter sheet, the duvet inside was very dirty and disgusting, it had so many big brown spots and some dry blood.. the pillow was clean and comfortable tho. roomates were the main problem, didn’t respect quiet time(they talked very loudly past 10 pm and i had to wake up at 1am that night, and even when i kindly asked to lower the volume they kept on chatting), ate food inside the room, and opened the lights past 10, so if you’re trying to go to sleep at like 9 pm, it’s going to be hard to fall asleep.. also the street is close to a hospital so it’s noisy at night. apart from this, it’s a hostel and that’s the hostel experience, i’m not mad, especially for the price

Close to a metro station - you can walk to different locations around

The rooms were not cleaned during my 3 days. It was too hot inside the rooms. The outside area felt cooler. Looks like No one from staff is assigned to the hostel, I only interacted with the two different staff members (cashiers at the pub) the days of check in and out. Rooms are so tight not like what’s in the pictures
