It's a hotel situated in the middle of two roads.. It serves its purpose, but nothing more.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Rooms are clean and with all the essential.

There is nobody for the check in, just the key with my name but no explanations on how to get in. We managed with the help of another guest

Excellent place to stay one night when travelling

we stayed one night in the Hotel Alter Zoll to break our driving trip. I recommend this hotel as they owner was exceptionally friendly; the rooms were super clear, the bed was nice.

The only remark you could give is that the hotel is a little old-fashioned. However, let this not withhold you from staying in the Alter Zoll hotel

Good overnight stay

Very clean room, comfortable beds and nice shower. It all felt covid safe! Despite being late in the evening, the very nice staff helped us work out how to get to the hotel which was difficult because of all the road works.

It would have been good to know in advance about the road works.

Superb

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for my holiday. No problem parking at the hotel and no charges for parking. Was given a Saarland Card which entitles you to free travel on certain trains and buses. So did not have to pay to get a train into Saarbruecken, saved all the hastle of parking. The card also entitles you to free entrance to many attractions.

Did not have coffee/ tea making facilities in the room. I was lucky to have nice weather but unfortunately the minibar fridge did not get cold due to the heat!

Ich habe mich leider nicht wohl gefühlt und werde nicht wiederkommen

- Ein freundlicher und Gästeorientierter Kontakt durch den Inhaber - Minibar im Zimmer

- Die unruhige Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße - das lieblose Frühstück war sehr dürftig und ab 07:30 Uhr wird nichts mehr nachgelegt und somit kaum eine Auswahlmöglichkeit, ein Frühstücksei ist natürlich auch nicht dabei

Ich komme wieder.

Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wohltuende Ruhe im Zimmer trotz Lage zur Straße. Der Chef persönlich reparierte die defekte Rolle meines Koffers. Großes Dankeschön! Die Weiterreise war damit wesentlich einfacher möglich.

L'hôtel est facile à trouver et l'emplacement est bien pour des clients de passage. Le parking est très bien.

Les routes à l'avant et à l'arrière sont assez passantes et le bruit engendré peut être gênant.

Super freundliche Betreiber und Spitzenkaffee!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Betreiber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Am allerallerallerbesten war der Kaffee. Wirklich sehr gut ausgewählte Kaffesorte und frisch gemahlen!

Lage, aber da kann man wohl nichts machen.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaar. Goed verzorgd en lekker ontbijt. In het op loopafstand bereikbare dorp zijn winkels en restaurants.
