Just what we needed!

The property is perfectly arranged to allow visitors to relax and enjoy the accommodation and pool. The hosts were wonderful and produced a memorable breakfast experience.

Yes for the place, no for the studio.

The staff is great. Qualitative, complete and delicious breakfast. Two very nice swimming pools on well kept gardens. Free available coffee anytime. Convenient location for this area.

I had the studio and it needs to be refurbished. It is also very limited in kitchen equipment. What I enjoyed the least was the lack of privacy since it is directly in the parking lot. Hard to sit outside on the patio because, again, it's in the parking lot and the main air conditioning system is right next to it so when it turns on it's too noisy (so I never used it but you have access to other outside seating areas on the grounds). There is only one door and one window to let the sunlight in but most of the time you need to keep the curtains closed for privacy. There was always a foul smell coming from the shower drain.

Beautiful property near to St Paul De Vence

Breakfast by the pool was a highlight. The hosts work hard to keep the property in immaculate condition and are very helpful. Close enough to walk into St Paul De Vence. Private parking and 2 pools !

Room allocated not what was booked and paid for

The host was very communicative and the property is immaculately clean and well presented. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful.

I booked a studio with a sofa bed as it was 26m sq but the room allocated was not what I booked and paid for. I sent David a message about it and was told that I was given an upgrade to a room upstairs with a terrace and a bigger bed. The studios are on the ground floor. This would have suited us better as we had to lug our heavy cases upstairs. I was very annoyed because I was not consulted and the decision to allocate a different room category was not discussed. I don’t think anything would have been said had I not brought it to his attention. Although it was a comfortable stay and I think the property offers favourable amenities I would not recommend it for the reasons I just mentioned. I felt it was a little underhanded to allocate another room type with no consultation. It is also further from St Paul at 1.6km than the nominated 800m. This may not be the fault of the host.

Very beautiful grounds, great base to explore Saint Paul and surroundings. The owners Jeannette and David are very attentive, pleasant and kind.

The ambience of the place was so relaxing. Everyone involved was happy and very helpful. The swimming pools and surrounds were idyllic. The breakfasts delightful and delicious.

Chill vibes in Saint Paul de Vence

When the gates first opened to the property we knew we were in for a treat! Everything was so charming, lush and beautiful, straight out of a storybook. Our room was comfortable and the balcony overlooked the pool, and we had a lovely view of the countryside all around. Plus we were delivered water bottles and the room was refreshed everyday for our comfort. The owners were so kind and friendly as well, serving up the most delicious breakfasts every morning before we started our day:) And, a short walk to beautiful St Paul and Foundation Maeght! We would give them 10 stars if possible, and plan on coming back again & again!

Last minute booking - perfect

The grounds of the villa were outstanding, the gardens were beautiful and immaculate. We had the pool to ourselves (choice of 2). The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and had private outdoor seating area. The breakfast was fresh, tasted delicious and was plentiful. The hosts were friendly and made us feel very welcome, they allowed us an early check in. Very relaxing environment and a short walk to the old village of St Paul de Vence.

Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with fruits, home-made jam, croissants, freshly made coffee and an egg, in the garden next to the swiming pool. Large room with outdoor terrace. View of the hill-top village of St. Paul de Vence which is 10 minutes walk (uphill).

Romantic,peaceful and beautiful hideaway in the hills above the Cote D'Azur

Very nice property with beautiful garden,calm and green surroundings. The garden and pool view from the bedroom also beautiful. Delicious breakfast by the pool ,outside if the weather is nice, inside if it's cold. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Walking distance to St Paul de Vence

The construction site(although hidden by a wall of greenery, only the crane is visible),right next to the property somewhat spoils the charm,luckely it was not loud,at least while we were there. Hopefuly it's always like that and it would not last long until the crane is gone.

Very fresh, spotlessly clean place, nicely located 15 mins walk from Saint-Paul-de Vence (a bit uphill walk, though), nice hosts, cosy room and amazing breakfast room (and breakfast, too !). Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette, bathrobes and Feagonard toilettety. Absolutely loved everything!

A bit noise sometimes, we think it was from sanitary. And we haven’t expected the construction next to the house, we were lucky to come on Saturday.

It is a charming property. There is a pool surrounded by grass and trees. It is a short walk to town. The breakfast was delicious and the freshly squeezed orange juice delicious. David was a gracious host.

The warmth, cheer and hospitality of the host. We had heavy luggage and the host gave us a choice of a ground floor room even though our room initially was on the first floor and helped us with our luggage. Very well appointed room with all modern fittings and privacy. French windows which enabled one to step out on the lawn. A lot of attention to detail in appointment of the room which was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was superb with all fresh ingredients and marmalade made with fruit from their own garden. Choice of egg. Very well laid out tables alongside the swimming pool with linen and attractive crockery and both husband and wife attending to guests. Very pleasant lounge as well with tea/ coffee provided. Its a very beautiful and well maintained property.

The place is a little distance away from the hill top village. Though the host suggested we take our car up, we decided to walk and it turned out to be a pleasant 20 minute walk though up hill. Very pleasant walking back in 15 minutes after dinner and we were happy to be able to stretch our legs.

beautiful surroundings in the quintessential south of France beautiful countryside surrounded by Cyprus trees and foliage . The property had everything we needed and was serviced daily . The breakfast was beautifully served by one of the heated pools. The service provided by this couple was faultless .

The villa is beautiful, set in a lovely park/garden--a lot of green, and well laid out. Spacious room. Very good, comfortable bed. Lovely balcony with comfortable sunbeds and beautiful view of the garden. Lovely pool area. Excellent breakfast. Free parking. The hosts were very attentive, accommodating, and pleasant.
