We really did enjoy our week-long stay. It's a really lovely hotel. Very easy to walk into St Paul de Vence. Loved the pool and the sunbeds were very comfortable. The room was great: comfy bed and sofas and loved having a bath! Above all the staff was amazing: very kind, friendly and helpful. We plan to go again next year.

We were a little unsure upon our arrival - the ‘E’ was missing from the sign outside and the reception area feels a little dated and not in keeping with the rooms. HOWEVER, the main building and rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were beautifully designed and the the lovely Aqua di Palma toiletries are a very nice touch. The breakfasts, served in the garden, are simple and delicious as was lunch. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is a short, but steep, walk into the town, where there is a good choice of restaurants. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was an easy 15-20 min walk into St Paul de Vence (not suitable for those with accessibility needs) which we found very convenient. Staff were really friendly. Rooms were lovely and clean. This was the ultimate serene hotel - the perfect base for the Cote D’azur

Beautiful and calm hotel with nice staff and a lovely breakfast. They could have improved the outside area where they serve breakfast and there is only one pizza restaurant close to the hotel. For more restaurants you have to walk 15-20 min to the village. Other than that this hotel is an absolute gem!

Very nice property close to St Paul de Vence. Room was beautiful with a porch and window light. Staff was very accommodating, frequently and professionally. Pool was also beautiful, unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to use.

Most of the hotel was decorated beautifully - apart from the reception area. Once checked in one has not got to use the reception area. The location is quiet and the far reaching views are stunning. Its a a basic hotel, but nice and comfortable.

The rooms were charming and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed looking out over the pool from our balcony with a cup of coffee after breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! The pool area was also well appointed with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day. It is a short, easy walk from the hotel to Saint Paul de Vence, a stunning fortress, now teeming with gourmet restaurants, shops and art galleries. We loved walking along the former rampart walls and getting lost amongst the cobblestone alleyways that you can practically touch both sides of with your shoulders! Sunsets were stunning from the lookouts, and we highly recommend splitting a croque monsieur while watching or after playing a game of “boules” in the beautiful square outside the fortress walls. The hotel is also about a ten minute drive from a bustling shopping centre that offers many delightful French boutiques and department stores, the typical high street shops, a bakery and grocery store. It was the perfect place to stock up on wine for our hotel room and grab a few necessities after our luggage was delayed. We would absolutely stay here next time we visited South of France! It is a beautiful, quintessential French hotel tucked into the picturesque hillside. It is peaceful and quiet, and so close to many attractions and amenities.

We've stayed here twice and we plan to return. Peaceful location close to Nice Airport and 10 minutes to Saint Paul de Vince hilltop village. Rooms decorated in provincial French decor with a lovely pool for a hot day. Room service available with simple snack options. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my partner and I absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect little hidden gem close to St. Paul de Vence and Nice. The location is ideal, offering easy access to both beautiful towns while still providing a peaceful retreat. The hotel itself is charming and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the stunning pool area, which provided a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The service was fantastic as well; the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay. I will definitely be coming back again

Well I specifically booked 2 queen sized beds for my wife and daughter. When they arrived there was one queen sized bed which they split into 2 small singles. Not really satisfactory.

A hidden paradise! Our stay was wonderful from start to finish - staff super friendly, always accommodating and the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was 5* and the lovely staff were happy to bring drinks to us by the pool each day. The hotel is easily and safely walkable to St Paul de Vence for dining options and to walk around the stunning hilltop village. Would struggle to find improvements so the following are relatively minor: an in-room fridge would be good as well as a mirror in the bedroom. Pool patio could do with some weeding and tidying. Sound does travel between the rooms but to be expected with the characteristic nature of the lovely accommodation building. Non-smokers would benefit from a designated smoking / non-smoking area by the pool but appreciate this may not be the norm in France. Wonderful stay overall and absolutely hope to be back soon! Thank you to Shelley and the team for their hospitality and amazing stay!

This hotel is so chic and cute! A lot of the hotels I looked at in this price range didn’t feel luxurious and this felt luxe with a beautiful pool, balconies and decor! If you want to make the actual hotel part of your stay and relax by a pool, highly recommend!
