The restaurant food in the evening was lovely and the evening staff were great 👍
Room was very cold on arrival and had minor cleaning issues, window seal dirty and marks on towels. Continental breakfast which is included in room price was awful and not acceptable, mouldy bread, poor selection, no jams, burnt pastries no tea offered, no hot menu offered for an additional cost, rude staff . I am allergic to mould, so if I hadn't noticed the bread before eating it, I would have been extremely ill. No offer of a refund or discount when complained. Will not be recommending or visiting again
