A few weeks prior to stay l called up to say my stepson was joining us. The person l spoke to agreed he would give me a family room with no extra charge. Then on arrival the reception told

Room 202, no hand wash in bathroom, container empty, shower gel dispenser didn't work and bathroom tap constantly running. Disappointing.

The lady on reception was amazing but it all went downhill from there. Rooms and Devore are tired, worn and dated. You don’t get much in the way of tea and coffee in the room and have to request a clean or top up up at reception. Don’t and you’ll not have refreshments when you get in. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had and took 30 minutes every morning, except Friday, that took almost an hour. There were only 2 of us in the entire place at the time! Cold hard eggs, Luke warm bacon & sausage, cold mushrooms and blistering baked beans! Not the set up for the day you need! Do yourself a favour, book anywhere else!
