Loved the cooked breakfast and disappointed that it is being discontinued. Room very warm which I loved.
Smoke shelter would have been good. It was raining and I didn't want to stand in the porch, not fair on non smokers.

the staff were very friendly with a lovely breakfast, but the room was cold on arrival and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The location was very nice and quiet.
