Clean & comfortable. The lady that (eventually) arrived to check us in was very helpful & pleasant. Location was quite good-only a few minutes walk into the centre.

At first arrival we couldn’t access the building. Male staff member didn’t acknowledge us/wasn’t very helpful. Looks a bit dubious from the outside!
