Hope in the future bathroom need to be cleaner
This villa for the bathroom need properly neat on the tap and shower need to be very cleaner
The man who work at the reception unacceptable and made me feel not comfortable over asked me the visa an will report to the police and I showed my visa for stay in Indonesian all good no problem but I don’t need this man attitude at me about it so awakened unfortunately and this man not really training how to good services treat for welcome to this hotel

Good value for money, rooms were clean and serviced daily. Friendly staff.
One of the rooms was damp and musky (due to heavy rains), staff were very prompt to change the room.
Pillows were very large a pillow menu or a couple smaller pillows would of helped.

Cheap and convenient
Location was great. Convenient to shops, beach and entertainment.
Breakfast was a bit limited. Not much variety of fresh fruit. Would've been nice to have hash browns. Eggs and mushrooms were delicious. Could've been more variety of juices too. Shutting the pool bar at 7.30 was a bit early. Also would've been nice to use the pool at night. Didn't like that kids were not allowed upstairs. Completely understand that it is meant to be a quiet relaxing pool, but I was on holiday with my son 13, so couldn't go up there. He would've just laid next to me relaxing too. I would not have allowed him to be unruly.

Location was excellent
Unfortunately the experience was overall disappointing, primarily due to the service and some very unusual policies.
The most frustrating issue was the strict limitation of only two access cards per room, with one card required to be left in the room to keep the air-conditioning running. This made it extremely difficult to come and go as a family. We constantly had to return to Reception to be let back into our room and were often questioned about whether other family members were already inside. On several occasions staff confused us with other members of our group, which added to the frustration.
Check-in was also underwhelming — it didn’t feel welcoming at all and we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than guests.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. While the room was clean enough, we were provided with only two towels, no hand towels or face washers, and housekeeping only restocked a single extra toilet roll. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items.
There were ongoing maintenance issues in the bathroom. The shower did not work properly and the toilet had problems every day. After having it repaired on the first day, we eventually just fixed it ourselves to ensure it could flush.
Trying to get a pool towel was always a hassle — the towel station was never staffed and we had to keep going back to Reception to track someone down.
Breakfast was mediocre but acceptable for the price.
On checkout, the Reception staff member was rude and insisted we wait for the room to be inspected. I understand this might be necessary because people leave the room in a bad condition however the night prior when we settled the bill because we needed to leave early we explained that’s what we were doing and they didn’t tell us they needed to inspect the room. We had our Driver right waiting And they took their time to inspect..

Very slippery shower, no rail to hold, no mat to stand on. Very dangerous for our age group late seventies.
Safe on floor in wardrobe impossible for us to get down on floor to use safe. It’s possible they could put small shelf in wardrobe for safe.
Not enough storage only 2 small drawers.no hand rails in pools.

I booked pretty close to the date I chose to travel, so I didn't end up with the room type I would have chosen. Otherwise it's great. The only thing I didn't like is that they no longer provide a pen and pad of paper. I like to leave notes for housekeeping.

The first room we were given absolutely stunk of rubbish- this was the deluxe wing- our balcony overlooked their rubbish collection area- after 1 night we asked to be moved as it was very unpleasant- no problem and the next room was fine and a much better outlook than into their driveway and rubbish bins.
Not the Hotels fault- but a lot of their clientele is absolutely gross- purely there to drink all day. It made being around the pool very unpleasant, with horrible rap music playing, loud, drunk, swearing all day long (in a family pool with our 7 year old ) management needs to somehow address this- as makes for a very horrible experience for anyone else around. And should not be allowed happen. Just stay elsewhere unless that is the vibe you are looking for.

The location is perfect. Next door to the best pub in Bali and plenty of places to eat at for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of shopping options as well. The beach only a short 500 metres down the road if you prefer the sea to the two options of pools in the hotel.
