everything , the beach, the food, the friendliness of the staff
they have us a room at first which we didn’t like because it was far away from the beach, but they changed the room for us the very next day
the staff should learn some English, at least the basics (spoon, fork, glass, hot, cold, breakfast, small, big …)

The hotel was good overall in terms of location , layout and facilities . It was all inclusive and the food was amazing . The staff were nice and welcoming and tried to put us at ease all the time despite the language barrier .
There was daily shows at night which were very entertaining (. We loved the firestorm show )
The hotel is out of date and the room was disappointing . The room was very small and we asked to be moved to a bigger room .The pictures on booking . Com did not reflect the actual size or appearance . The double bed was small and uncomfortable . Telephone was not working in the room and there was very poor WiFi in the room ( better in the canteen and restaurant) . The cleaning services were delayed and the cleaning quality was very poor considering we are in the middle of a pandemic .there were packs of gloves and sanitizer in the room but the housekeeping service was the worst .
