    Our stay started off fine for a few days, but a week was simply too long—this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you have a car, it’s manageable, without one, it’s tough, especially with kids. The pool is lovely, but the beach feels neglected and isn’t very safe for children. The staff were quite blunt, repeatedly saying "unfortunately" to every request. On top of that, they don’t allow deliveries from local restaurants, there’s no laundry service, no washing machine, and not even a drying rack. All in all, it made for a challenging week-long stay.

    This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Located just outside the centre of Güllük, it offers a peaceful, private atmosphere while still being close enough to walk into town for a bottle of wine and enjoy the beautiful waterfront sunsets. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, especially Murat, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He looked after us at the restaurant every day and even arranged for the chefs to prepare a soup that wasn't on the menu. Everything about our experience was first-class, from the service to the relaxing setting. One thing to note is that housekeeping is provided upon request through the front desk, which worked well for us. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

    I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property. The room I was given had several issues, including rusted metal fixtures and mold in the bathroom around the shower area. Additionally, the fridge in the room was not working, which was especially inconvenient given the 30-degree weather outside. I couldn’t keep my water cold. This was quite disappointing and not what I expected from a 5-star establishment. The only positive aspect was its proximity to the airport. I hope they take these concerns seriously and improve their facilities for future guests
