    Wow what a beautiful hotel. Couldn't fault anything, they even decorated the bed and left a plate, of fruit for my birthday. Nothing is too much for the staff, pool fantastic, food and drinks incredible. Would definately go back

    I booked the full-board package (best breakfast, lunch, and dinner services) alongside the highest-category room with a scenic view, paying the maximum rate. However, I was assigned Room 440, which only overlooks the adjacent rooms. This is completely unacceptable given what I paid for. Additionally, the beach area was extremely low quality and overcrowded, with no staff available to help guests find open sun loungers. The beach service was exceptionally poor. The food lacked variety and fell far short of 5-star hotel standards. Furthermore, there was constant noise from doors slamming starting as early as 6:00 AM, and the room was full of mosquitoes.
