Location was perfect ,zero line see.But The room service was terrible.The third floor has not lift and you should use staires . In my opinion This hotel is 4 stars not 5

Everything was awesome! Staff are very friendly, Location is 13 mins near the city center, Beach is perfect, swimming pool is stunning!! & what made it even more special is the price! Will definitely come back again, this time with family!!

We have stayed here for 3 night and when I tell you the staffs are incredibly rude & partial to people with the same skin color as them, believe me, they are. The food was average, nothing extraordinary. Everytime we asked them for help regarding anything, they said “no”. For instance, I got sick during our stay, and we asked for honey. My husband went to kitchen, they said they don’t have it and sent him to a cafe, then he was told the same thing from cafe and was sent to the bar area, they also told him they don’t have it. Tell me how an all inclusive resort doesn’t have a simple thing like honey, when they used it for breakfast everyday we were there. My husband came to the room and called receptionist, they told him “we can’t send room service, you have to go to kitchen and inquire if they have it” when my husband insisted on speaking with a manager & informed the night manager about this issue. He sent the honey in literally 2 min. How did they suddenly get honey right after speaking with manager ?? Not only that, every single time we were at the bar area, waiting on line for order. They would literally ignore us, skip us and move on to the “white” people. This resort is not for any people with skin color. All the people I’ve seen with positive reviews are either white or Turkish. No good or positive review from any one else. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT.
