The facility is located in the heart of nature. You can smell the flowers and hear the birds singing. The staff are polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Food and drinks are available anytime and everywhere throughout the resort. Every evening, there are live music concerts, dance performances, or acrobatic shows for guests to enjoy. It is especially perfect for families. Your kids can enjoy the mini club all day long, take part in various activities throughout the day, and have fun at the mini disco in the evening. My only suggestion for improvement would be to extend the operating hours of the water slides.

I would say it’s a family oriented hotel. Not really for a couple. I’ve seen loads of reviews about the hard beds and scratchy bedding which is true. However we managed to change rooms due to a leaky toilet and it made the experience so much better! The beds were softer the bedding was so much better. The facilities are good. The food was decent. Don’t expect the cocktails to look like something from a restaurant. We enjoyed our stay. And for the price I’ll go back and just make sure to have a decent bed and bedding.

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.
