Super friendly staff, amazing location and beautiful family room.
Family room is on the highest floor, be prepared to climbed steep stairs with the kids. Didn’t mind it too much though, but one should be aware if you’re not used to of it.

Very conveniently located. We did a lot of walking. The tram stop was nearby as well as several attractions. We also liked the breakfast offerings.
The only negative is that the room was up a very steep stair case and had additional steps inside the room. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

The location is safe location, the rooms are clean and have air conditioning, the food is healthy/nutritious and the staff is awesome.
I had read that stairs were steep but stairs to the rooms is very steep. The steep stairs are in line with the age of the bldg and surrounding bldgs. The staff bring up luggage for u.
