Staff, cleaning, view.
The shower cabin was not properly mounted and a lot of leakage resulted in the bathroom

Staff was outstanding.
Apartment was huge warm comfortable with a nice terrace. Walking distance to the ski slopes.

Location and room size
Room temperature settings were not working. It's actually controlled by the staff. Could get a little cold in the room during winter days.
Parking area was not cleaned, therefore was glassy and slippery (lots of ice and snow).
Staff attitude. They confirmed vis email a room at the 3rd level but when we checked in I was told that's no available anymore.
Sofa quite old and damaged. The same about furniture.
