The animation crew was by far the best. People like Sara made all the difference. Also the amount of sports and activities they had was very impressive.
The staff at the bar and restaurant was not great. Not friendly at all, always with a bad attitude and seemed like they were doing a favor. I was expecting more.

A lot of beautiful flowers and trees on site. And polite and friendly staff, but half of them poorly speak English. Water in pool is 31C and very good for kids. Girls in kids club are very kind. Night entertainment is also nice
Hotel is old and outdated. Poor room cleaning and happened not every day. I don’t even say about cockroaches in toilet. Bed linens dirty.
Food is not very tasty and even à la carte restaurants limits menu for you. After 2-3 days eating main restaurant all your clothes will smell with food. Even underwear.
