Nothing everything was great

-The majority of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. -A very family-friendly hotel where children are well taken care of, with a swimming pool featuring slides, a dedicated kids’ club, and activities specifically designed for children. - Good evening entertainment, including professional dancers every other night, which was a nice touch.

- A major lack of cleanliness in the rooms: Our room was not properly cleaned, with dust and hair found in several areas. More concerningly, the mattress and bed sheets were stained and were not changed throughout our stay, despite the issue being present from the very first day. - There is no adults-only swimming pool: The two available pools are open to everyone, and the pool staff do not consistently enforce the rules. For example, children were frequently jumping into the pool despite this being prohibited. -- Unequal treatment was also disappointing: I had an unpleasant experience with one of the waiters, who told me that I was not allowed to use a table to eat because, according to him, it belonged to the bar rather than the restaurant. He asked me not to do so again. However, my table was actually located in an area between the restaurant and bar sections, and I noticed that a foreign guest sitting directly behind me was using his table to eat and was served drinks by the same waiter without any issue. Other guests were also eating or helping themselves to drinks near the spa and reception area without being challenged. This situation unfortunately gave me the impression that the rules were not being applied consistently to all guests, which was particularly disappointing and made me feel that Moroccan guests were being treated more strictly than foreign guests. Overall, the hotel has good potential, especially for families, and there are several positive aspects. However, cleanliness, consistent enforcement of rules, and equal treatment of guests are areas that clearly need significant improvement.

Food was repetitive and not a great choice

A lot of beautiful flowers and trees on site. And polite and friendly staff, but half of them poorly speak English. Water in pool is 31C and very good for kids. Girls in kids club are very kind. Night entertainment is also nice

Hotel is old and outdated. Poor room cleaning and happened not every day. I don’t even say about cockroaches in toilet. Bed linens dirty. Food is not very tasty and even à la carte restaurants limits menu for you. After 2-3 days eating main restaurant all your clothes will smell with food. Even underwear.
