Le personnel trés aimable et accueillant, le personnel très réactif aux demandes... Riad très convivial qui donne envie de revenir. Un grand plus pour l'espace piscine. Mercii à Jawad pour sa disponibilité et son écoute.

La chambre pas tres grande juste ce qu il faut propre,simple decoration mais minion 👍
La piscine n etait pas propre,,et Le personnel semblait davantage occupé à discuter entre collègues qu’à être attentif aux clients. Les employés allaient et venaient avec des plateaux, échangeaient des plaisanteries et conversaient bruyamment devant les clients, ce qui donnait une impression de manque de professionnalisme et de considération pour la clientèle.
