I have no words to describe the hospitality ahmed showed us, we were just two girls traveling alone and he made us feel incredibly safe. Whenever we needed help he was always ready to help us The room was very niece however the stay is whortwhile just for the care ahmed shows tho his guests. An amazing experience, the next time i come Back to marraquexe, i will stay here again

On the positive side, Ahmed was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire stay, which really made a difference. The breakfast was also good and a nice way to start the day. Location is good, just 10 min walking from the main attractions and closer to the road, so the arrival by taxi is easy. Don't recommend to walk alone to late in the night.

The overall experience was affected by the noise. Unfortunately, we had a situation late at night (around 12:30 am) where other guests were loudly complaining and speaking on the phone about an issue they had with their room. While the situation itself may not have been entirely the hotel’s fault (having other guest shouting) it went on for almost an hour and made it very difficult to rest. Additionally, the room had some humidity issues, and there seems to be a general lack of maintenance — especially in the bathroom, where the shower felt quite old and not well cared for.

Ahmed was fantastic at helping me with places to go and arranging things

Breakfast was good and adequate. Abdul Mohammed was an excellent host, did his best to make us comfortable. Riad was clean and safe.

The Riad was much smaller than expected, especially compared to the photographs. Location though in historic town, was crowded and dirty. Room lighting was very low, as a result had to use torchlight for packing or reading Towels were worn out, one was torn. Shower sprayed water over part of the bathroom, result the entire bathroom floor became wet.
