Great! Room, Tesla charge and secure parking

Stayed here en route to the Alps in a fully laden Tesla - this meant charging and security were important. This property is perfect for both - across the carpark from a supercharger (250) and secure gates at night. We were running late and arriving after 11pm - I contacted reception who sent an easy and comprehensive access email - couldn’t have been more straightforward. Had been concerned some reviews criticised size of rooms - they were absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Only thing / write up says 24 hour reception - perhaps amend to 11pm close.

Better than expected and better than previous visits - this is my 4th or 5th time using this hotel

Rooms are much improved on previous visits. Rooms are comfortable. Car park is secure (several travellers on motorcycles parked close to bedrooms). Ideal locations when travelling east to west (in my case.) Several restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing because It was all good value, clean, friendly staff and a good rest at the end of a day travelling.

Hidden gem on the outskirts of town

Really comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Easy check-in and check out until noon which was great. Lots of shopping nearby. Easy access. Room was small but very comfortable.

Not a great variety of breakfast and serving plates were empty, had to ask for cutlery etc Hair in the bath Mould behind the door Air con wasn't working Door was sticking, hard to open Cleaner already opened doors before even checking out Three bed was booked but it's actually 2 single beds and one mattress to put on the floor between the 2 single

I like almost all in this place. Location is good. The room is so clean!

Just walls are very thin, but if you tired, you will not worry about it. Nevertheless, nobody disturbed my sleep.

It was my 2nd stay and the staff as well as the accomodation are a great value/price ratio. Always great to be there and staff are always very nice. Would defo recommend that place. Also, I have knee issues and climbing the stairs can be an issue at times. Staff were able to accommodate my needs.

Exceptional staff. I got there late but they still were able to let me have dinner. The Chef and waitress were very friendly and saw I was a bit stressed when I came in, they helped me relax. Receptionist was very good too.

My only concern are the stairs as I have bad knees.

Poor

It is old, at least 50 years never refreshed. One of the beds was literally placed în front of the bathroom door and the only way to acces the bathroom was to climb on and off the bed (3 bed room but a third one looked like extra camping bed). Beds are old and unconfortable. Full of dust all over. It felt like sleeping in a cheap museum. Plus window is placed în a way all passers by and all customers involuntary looked inside the room until it got so weird that it felt like we slept în the street.
