We were glad we only stayed for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was also a dusty smell. The hallways were dirty (ground). Because of the smell and no AC, we had to open the windows at night, but it was very loud from all the cars coming and going, and there was a constant light coming from the building across and from the parking lots. Would not recommend. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in was easy.

Good location, large room with a comfortable kitchenette and TV. The hosts were very helpful since I arrived late in the evening, they left the keys in a lockbox. Easy to park. Everything was perfectly fine.

Not really obvious hotel in a commercial area a bit outside of the city, but no noisy surrounding. No restaurant. You will need a car to go there. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, too, even continental style, as usual. Friendly staff at the reception. Good place to stay.

The property is located in a commercial area way outside the city. There is a tram that stops outside that takes you in to Besancon and a large retail park 20 mins walk away. The room we had was huge with all facilities you’d need except aircon which we really needed! There was a huge balcony with a great view of the mountains. Unfortunately there was a gang of people congregated in the car park until the early hours which made me happy our car was in the underground parking that I would recommend.

It’s situated in a housing estate, we arrived late at night and there was car racing going on until the early hours of the morning. We felt quite uneasy in the room. You could hear everything and anyone that walked past, so the rooms are definitely not It soundproofed as it stated on the listing. The telephone was broken and on the floor there was a strange smell in the room and the floor was sticky. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I made a mistake when making the reservation for 3 days in this hotel that is not central and when I wanted to cancel they did not accept it, I was not able to cancel a single day and they charged me the full rate for every day, they are not flexible, from my point of view view they could have charged me one day for cancellation and the other two days they could have canceled since I did it 24 hours in advance

The clerc at the front desk was friendly and very forthcoming. She gaves us really good information on what to visit and how to go to city center. the room was perfect. The hotel was well located by the tram. Easy access to city center

We were running late for arrival before the scheduled time for closing of reception. Amandine reached out to us to explain how we could still check in if we were late. Only real issues were the GPS finding the right way in with some streets limited to public transport and the rooms were a little warm.

A great hotel in a perfect location for visiting Besancon. Tram is very close by. We had a family room with cooking facilities and balcony. It was very spacious and a bargain at £50 for the night. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I stayed several nights in Zentitude Hauts du Chazal and was very pleased with my stay : I liked the formula Room/Kitchenett which enabled me to take some of my meals either in my room or outside on my balcony, which was a plus as the weather was nice. The staff was very nice and helpfull and the room comfortable and clean.

There was a noisy fan for ventilation that could not be switched off. No one was at the reception when we arrived, and we had to wait about 10 minutes until someone showed up. There was an alarm at the emergency exit that someone triggered, and it took some time until someone from the hotel shut it off. There is a big hospital right next to the hotel, and during the night, apparently rescue helicopters came in. The bed is really small for a double.

This was a quick stop for us, en route to the Alps. The city is worth spending some time in. The Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, however no AC so very warm experienced spoiled by the locals using the area as a party zone. At the end of the transport line located in the hospital/ University area , the team service is very clean and new. However they don't allow dogs on the tram.

The hotel is near public transport and supermarket. It's a nice hotel but lacking air conditioning. I would recommend this hotel if you'll visit the University Medical campus, hospital or for a city trip. You will need the public transport to go to the city.

A relatively new hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, not luxury, but perfect for an overnight stay along your journey, good location although the roadworks make it a little confusing, great location near a big shopping centre and very friendly service. would definitely recommend.
