Cozy with nice pools and well located. And the sound of the stream behind the property was a plus.

Well located. Nice surrounding. Nice restaurant

Unprofessional and unfriendly reception staff. Do not go into the hotel if you want to sleep long. Cleaning staff will start knocking and vacuuming the corridor at 9:00 even on weekends. Doors are loud If a neighbor decides to do a party in the middle of the night. And you ask the receptionist to intervene do not even bother they will not move the finger.

Elegant hotel in the Vosges, calm and restorative

delighted to arrive in the rain after a hard day cycling the first stage of The Western Front Way. Our room had a great view of the river and the shower was amazing. Secure parking for the bikes. The hotel is very modern and the staff attentive. Breakfast was excellent and fuelled us for our onward journey.

The food was perhaps a bit overpriced for the set menu in the evening and charging 7E for some butter was not the best move.

Nice place, good food!

Nice location close to a small river. Decent restaurant, Michelin Bib Gourmand. Some wonderful wines at modest tariffs on the wine list. Pity that you wont be able to sample the 1990 Palmer, I drank the last bottle.

A bit pricey

It was a nice location next to the citycenter, with a nice park and several restaurants in the vicinity. The room was spacious. The staff was so kind to compensate us for the broken elevator.

The elevator was broken 5 out of 7 days, this was not easy with a little kid at the 3rd floor. The bathrooms are somewhat outdated, the heat of the water fluctuates. When we arrived, we were unable to reserve a table in the hotel-restaurant for several days, which was the whole reason why we booked this location (it makes it easier with a baby) in the first plce. Fun fact is that we therefore discovered that the citycenter was a 5 minute walk and had several very good restaurants that were actually a lot cheaper.

I had the rest I needed before touring Alsace with car club.

At our demand 3 contiguous parking slots were reserved for our arrival. To keep all cars of same club together. Great service.

Carpets in rooms could have been more clean. Seems staff was still very busy preparing rooms in late afternoon. Covid issue maybe ?

A gigantic disappointment and a mediocre service

Rooms were relatively clean

The hotel makes zero effort to make the stay pleasant. They are extremely rigid on timing for everything you want to do at their premises. You better know exactly the time you want to eat breakfast (within minutes of precision) and the swimming pool is just a gigantic joke! As they will let you use it for 1 hour at a very precise time... in general you better come to this hotel with a very detailed plan of your day , if not , you are are worthy of their time!

Très bon séjour : calme et ressourçant.

L'hôtel était calme, pour ma part j'avais la chambre 420 qui était vraiment top. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a su s'adapter lorsque je leur ai fait par des mes intolérances et il y avait du choix pour le petit déjeuner avec des bons produits. Le personnel est formidable, à l'écoute et disponible. Merci à tout le monde !

Presque tout était parfait, souriant et accueillant. Les chambres très confortable et propre, exelent petit déjeuner mais 18€ pp par jour. Le spa était très bien , mais beaucoup de monde et pas de transat libre. Je recommande les massages.

Le parking trop petit pour la capacité d’accueil de l’hôtel. Le vendredi quand on est arrivé, nous avons trouvé facilement une place pour se garer. Mais le samedi après-midi, nous avons dû nous garer à là piscine municipale.

Le spa et la piscine

Le personnel à l’accueil était désagréable, La chambre n’avait rien d’un 4 étoiles : - moquette, tachée dans toute la pièce, - Peinture écaillée au mur, -bas de porte abîmé, - Culotte de la précédente cliente retrouvée dans la salle de bain, - On a même eu droit à un chausson pour se déplacer à la piscine pour 2 pieds.

Bref, tout miser sur le spa n’est peut être pas la bonne stratégie.

Personnel agréable, souriant, compétent et efficace.

Des meubles traînés au sol au dessus jusqu’aux plus sombres heures de la nuit. Des chiens, ou peut être leurs maîtres, qui travaillent leurs vocalises passé 23h. Un minibar équipé de bouteilles d’eau 3 fois plus chères qu’un litre de diesel. Un petit-déjeuner à 18€ dont je me passe de commentaires Une isolation phonique digne de mes plus belles nuits à la belle étoile. Et pour finir un parking aussi bien agencé qu’un magasin Ikea.
