Overall we were very satisfied with out stay.

Decent breakfast. Very clean, daily service - unlike most US places nowadays. Great patio to enjoy for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location with multiple stores around, short walk to the park, places to eat - all 5min or less of walk.

Water in sink did not drain well and they could not fix it during our stay. Few times, shower water was warm but not hot.

Convenient, quiet, helpful staff, a good value in an area less popular, but short cab ride to everything.

Quiet location, decent restaurants nearby. Walkable area, not very far from Park, Anthropology museum and Csstle.

A little rusty. Mainly the "rain" shower, could not get out of the downpour and hard to regulate temperature.

Cute little butique hotel

We had only coffee

We stayed at this hotel in Mexico City — overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is small, and the room didn’t offer much privacy between the bed, shower, and bathroom area. The plumbing in our first room wasn’t working well, but the staff was very helpful and moved us to another room right away. The beds were comfortable, and the location is great, close to the city center. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

I love Lombardo Suites, it's my second time staying there and it's always a good experience. I recommended it to my colleague and she also like. It has a family feeling, staff is very caring and polite.

A secure room in the heart of Mexico city

The room offers space, practical furnitures and a useful kitchenette.

The windows of the kitchen does not have blinds, so, considering the open space with the bedroom, it was not dark enough at night. The bedroom curtains between the living room were see through and very difficult to move.

loud humming of the refrigerator (can be switched off at night). the echo in the four-story lobby is terrible. In your room you can hear all the conversations of the other guests at breakfast and sometimes people talk until midnight. rooms facing the street have no soundproofing against traffic noise.

Big and comfortable rooms with lots of light. Convenient kitchenette. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice roof terrace. Small enough hotel to feel homey.

I want to thank the staff because they were so helpful and very polite. In general, the appartement is very comfortable and so is the bed

I was not very charmed with the location. I expected more restaurants close to the facilities, more "life". Breakfast is ok but the orange juice was not nice at all!

Hot breakfast one day was offered to my husband but not to me??? Not a large choice of restaurants in walking distance, if you have been out all day and want to easily access dinner.

The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was wonderful. The laundry service came back in less than half a day and was very reasonably priced. The location is convenient to everything. The off street parking was secure and convenient.

SECRET HOME IN A BIG CITY

I love this little home away from home in Mexico City. It is comfy and friendly abd the people are wonderful. Love the retro vibe of the rooms and the well equipped kitchen.

Good location and very clean. The staff was very polite and Oliver was so kind and helpful! The room has AC which was one of the features that we were looking for.
