Clean, nice decor
Room was very noisy due to traffic and poor window insulation. Staff initially refused to move me, saying the hotel was fully booked. When I pointed out available rooms on Booking.com, they claimed those were under maintenance. Only after I asked for a refund and insisted on a solution did a “last-minute cancellation” suddenly make a quiet room available.
