The property is very old and some areas were damaged. I booked it for 24-hour assistance, but only one unhelpful person was there. They also charged me extra for parking. Not recommended.

Peaceful and comfortable stay

The location is 8 km from the city center, but you can take bus 80 to the accommodation, then just a 4-minute walk. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. The place was clean, with daily housekeeping, and it was quiet. We also appreciated the breakfast option for 7€, which saved us time looking for restaurants.

The walls were a bit thin, so you could hear what was happening in the neighboring room.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had many options. The hotel itself is nice, it was clean and the room was simple enough to have what you need. Food options nearby as well.

The bathroom was small and the shower was even smaller. The hotel location was a bit far but there was a bus to get there and to go out. The ac unit and the blinds also had issues and needed to be fixed by the staff. The ac in the room also took some time to cool down the room.

The facility was clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout my stay. It's always reassuring to know that the hotel prioritises cleanliness and hygiene. The staff provided me with the best guidance on what to do in the city. Their knowledge and expertise helped me make the most of my trip, as they recommended fascinating landmarks, local hotspots, and hidden gems that I would have otherwise missed. Their personalised suggestions truly enhanced my overall experience. In summary, my staying there exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and the exceptional guidance provided by the staff.

The only thing I disliked was that the bathrooms were outside the rooms. They are private, but they're not in the room.

The other guy from reception that I met on 2 day was extremely rude. He didn’t let my girlfriend come in my room and instead of explaining me why, he started shouting at me. I don’t find it normal

I didn't like the fact that you are stopping on your way in and out asking you which room you are in. Also you have to leave to your keyes with the reception every time you leave and get them when you return.
