The staff, thats about it, everything else about this hotel is shocking.

Not worth the money, hotel is in a shocking state, I really don't think it should be open to the public, dated,paint peeling off the walls, stains everywhere, breakfast shocking, 90% of the equipment in the rooms doesn't work, or is in a really bad state.

The hotel was good, only complex to get in there

Too far from the city. Perhaps there is a shuttle to the commute, I think that this is something that must be detailed in the website. In our case, the schedules for the shuttle was not always aligned to our plans. There shuttle has a limited capacity and there were many people in rush hours.

Worst hotel staff ever.

The breakfast had good options.

The hotel room conditions are pathetic. It is the most unfreindly staff I have ever met in my life. Our room had a faulty batroom door, which would get jammed. We asked to change the room for the safety of our little kids. But the staff refused to do so. They said we used the room. But we had just entered the room and sat on the bed. They also said their is no mamager and there is no helpline for the hotel chain. Such big hotel chain must have the customer care. We had booked quadraple room for 4 people. But they gave only 2 towels. When we asked the cleaning lady the next day to give us 2 extra towels she said it would cost us extra money. I have never had sich bad experience in my life. Wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The breakfast was good. Had different Italian meats and lots of fruit. The room was clean but hated the carpet. The location is close to the Stadium and easy to grab a bus but nothing much is near by very suburban.

The room was big fully furnished, with working aircondition.

It is too far away from the nearest metro station. You need to take a bus to reach the metro. These buses do not always come on time or do not come at all. Sometimes you need to walk to the hotel!

Temperature control didn’t work. Bad smell in the toilet. Broken shower head. Broken toilet door. Very small room. Location very far from shops and restaurants.

Room size was good, but the 3rd bed was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable for sleeping even a single day. The breakfast was good. Parking was ok.

The hotel is not clean. The 3rd bed was very bad, had hard time sleeping in a such a poor bed. Towels were dirty. There was no tea/coffee arrangements in the room. The hotel is not located in a good area, too far from the central location. Luckily we had rented a car. However, parking in Milan is a nightmare experience. The hotel restaurant is horrible, not enough selection and very bad quality and taste of so called Italian cuisine.

one of the bedsheet was dirty. the shower sink is on the same level with the bathroom floor, so after each shower I had to dry the floor.

Stay was very good. Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was amazing . Got many options. Bit far from city but they provide free shuttle bus from nearest metro. So we didnt had any issue in transportation.

Awful location, awful hotel.

The room was a decent size and the bed was also a good size as it was two singles pushed together.

The location of the hotel is awful and takes you about an hour to get near central Milan. The hotel sits next to what seemed to be a motorway and a train track as well as another busy road. The area around the hotel is derelict with lots of litter and empty buildings. Inside the hotel room, there are little to no facilities. No kettle or tea making facilities, there is a phone but it wasn’t connected to anything and had also been taken from a Holiday Inn. The aircon didn’t work and the room was set to what felt like a 100 degrees which means you have no choice but to open the window in December and listen to the always busy motorway. The shower pressure is awful and the shower also wouldn’t stay up on the stand so you had to hold it. The hotel breakfast is disgusting and includes basically nothing, this is the same for the restaurant where we ordered a pizza which took 20 minutes and came out to be a precooked margarita with sliced ham smacked on top. This was our only option for dinner as there are no restaurants or shops near the hotel and to spend 2 hours going to and from Milan for dinner after 11 hours of travelling wasn’t an option for us. Finally, housekeeping ignores your request to not make up the room and just barges in and does it anyway which we weren’t exactly pleased with.

in an industrial area very shabby and worn. carpets very badly marked curtains slashed . had a grubby feel. bundles of clean towels not wrapped but held together with nylon binding just chucked in the lift !!
