    Everything is OK except unexisting sound proofing. The feeling when you hear the next room quest sneezing. Very good location and clean rooms.

    To be fair, there was a communication problem between Agoda and Palladio, but the worst was the handling of a night shift staff of the hotel. After checking in, the hotel staff said that they couldn't find my booking in their email box - the usual email confirmation sent by Agoda. After explaining to him that the order was indeed placed, he just continued to ask me to pay again, or he would take my luggage and kick us out. Certainly, he finally found that it was their mistake.

    Quite far from center, reception guys are short of rapport, but the cleaning lady was very good! If you want a quiet area, this is good.
